Leadership

This is going to take a level of commitment I haven’t been responsible for. But I can do it ;] Learning to take initiative and be bolder, which are areas I am weaker in. However I am excited! I mean nervous, but rather light as a feather =) I know God will provide the necessary strength needed to get through what it takes to lead and be an effective part in and to my team.
